Twietes Pumpkin Patch and Visitors!

A few Saturdays ago we went to a Mayo Fellowship Association Party at Twietes Pumpkin Patch.  We were there 15 minutes early to secure our free entrance.  Only the first 150 received a free pass that would have cost us nine bucks a person.   Wayne had to be to work at noon, so we packed it in playing on huge slides, taking a tractor ride, meandering through corn mazes, digging for gems, riding wood horsies, throwing slings, and wearing ourselves out.  We topped it off with icees from Kwik Trip on the way home.  We had such a great time.

These rubber horses didn't look too comfortable, but whatever.

The next week my Mom and sister, Meg, flew here for a visit. It was way too short, but we packed it in with a trip to the Mall of America, personalized tour of the Mayo Clinic (courtesy of my handsome man), BYU/Utah football game party with scrumptious food, my first visit to Jimmy Johns (delicious), and the kids performing in the primary program over the Sunday they were here. It was lightning fast. Love you both!
