Meet the new Cake Boss

Jacob loves the show Cake Boss.  He wants to visit Buddy in New Jersey and learn how to make everything he makes.  The other day he said he wanted to try a lobster tail.  Of course I thought of the seafood sort, but there is a dessert called a lobster tail.  It's on his goal sheet of things he wants to do before he turns 18.

The other day he decided to make cupcakes for everyone.  It was quite the undertaking because he wanted to do it all by himself.  They were delicious.
