GroMoore Farm Fall Festival

Yesterday the boys and I went to GroMoore farms fall festival with a residency group affiliated with the hospital. There was so much to do and it was fun meeting new people.

The tour began with a woman dressed in a ladybug shirt. She was our leader. She sat the kids down on hay and showed them different vegetables and fun facts about them. We then played follow the ladybug and went all around the farm to a bunch of different spots. The first stop was feeding the goats. Trevor was all over it, Jacob not so much. He was perfectly content to take a seat while the rest of the kids let goats lick food off of their hands. Trevor thought it was hysterical. He loved the goats. We then went to a "fun house" where they had different displays for the kids to see. There was a little haunted house for the older kids. Jacob was all over that one, but I wasn't going to take Trevor. Our ladybug leader saved the day and took him through. He's still talking about how cool the scary haunted house was. Then off to a straw/hay maze, slide, and tractor trailer ride. The kids got to pick a pumpkin and it was topped off with a pumpkin cookie.

That sounds like so much fun. It looks like they both had a great time. You are right, Haley, Trevor is changing. He is just growing up.
